DesignTech of Southwest Florida, Inc. is a remodeling firm based in Bonita Springs, Florida. We work with residential clients throughout Southwest Florida, including Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples.

Remodeling is our specialty: the company was founded by Certified General Contractor Kathy Guyitt in 2002 to assist clients with the specific challenges of home remodels. Our portfolio of work includes a range of small and large projects: from kitchen and bath redesigns, to new additions, to whole house remodels. We have remodeled condominiums and single family homes and understand the situations unique to each kind of construction.
